Keith is a top producing sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Having owned and operated several successful businesses, he recently decided make the jump into the lucrative field of real estate in 2008.

Keith’s innate ability to structure and negotiate profitable real estate deals enabled him acquire over $2 million dollars in real estate holdings in his first two years. His focus has been primarily in Western NY and Baltimore, Maryland where he was mentored by some of the area’s most successful investors.

Eric is an IT professional in the financial services industry and a seasoned pro-photographer. He began his real estate investing ventures in the heart of Baltimore City, MD, with the vision of financial independence and early retirement.
